Next Generation School is a fully accredited high school under the auspices of the KHDA and MOE. We also hold accreditation from NEASC (New England Association of Schools and Colleges), the oldest international accreditation body for American curriculum schools worldwide.
The NGS High School Diploma
- Students gain credits from Grade 9 to Grade 12 toward the NGS High School Diploma.
- The diploma is fully accredited and recognized both in the UAE and internationally.
- Completion also meets UAE requirements, ensuring graduates can obtain equivalency to enter UAE tertiary institutions.
University Pathways for NGS Graduates
With the NGS High School Diploma, students can access universities and colleges in:

Academic Standards & GPA
- The diploma is awarded upon completion of the mandatory subject credits as per New York State Standards.
- University applications are supported by the student’s Grade Point Average (GPA) — the average of all course grades converted to a 4-point scale.
College & Career Readiness
- PSAT (Grade 10): Helps students identify strengths and areas for improvement before the SAT.
- SAT (Grades 11–12): Optional for some universities but provides an additional measure of academic achievement.
Advanced Placement (AP) Courses
- Offered in Grades 11 and 12.
- Certified by the College Board
- Culminate in externally marked examinations.
- Can even provide students with university credits while still in high school.
