NGS has accepted the challenge!

Schools play an imperative role in nurturing the values of health and wellbeing. During the next 30 days, we plan to complete our 30 minutes of daily exercise with many different activities with all our NGS students! This challenge has provided us the opportunity to instill beneficial long-term habits, developing mental health and teaching the importance of nutrition.
