Children enrolling in Pre-KG in schools starting in September must be 3 years old on or before August 31 of that year. Children enrolling in Pre-KG in schools starting in April must be 3 years old on or before March 31 of that year.
Children enrolling in KG1 must be 4 years old on or before August 31 for schools starting in September. Children enrolling in KG1 starting in April must be 4 years old on or before March 31.
Children enrolling in KG2 must be 5 years old on or before August 31 for schools starting in September. Children enrolling in KG2 in schools starting in April must be 5 years old on or before March 31.

As part of the process for enrollment to Next Generation School, it is a mandatory requirement from Dubai Health Authority that you provide us with your child’s up to date immunization record or a notarized copy in English. Without the immunization record, we cannot complete the admission process.
As part of the admissions process, parents will have to submit their child’s Transfer Certificate (TC). If your child is transferring from a school within Dubai, his/her previous school will send the TC to Next Generation School electronically once the accounts/payments are cleared. If you are applying from outside Dubai, please submit a Transfer Certificate from your last school on the school’s letterhead, signed, stamped and attested. Next Generation School’s Registrar will assist you with any attestations you may require.
For students who are withdrawn from the school during the academic year, fee deduction will be applied as per the Schools Fees Framework quoted below:

Parents/Guardians must fill out the Application Form (here) and submit it to the Registrar’s office.
An application fee is required that includes the placement test at a later date. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
A non-refundable admission fee (Deposit) of 10% of the total school fees is required to secure your child’s seat at Next Generation School. This amount is non-refundable and is applied towards the first quarterly payment of the academic year.
All the supporting documents listed in this Information Packet have to be submitted to the school registrar.
Once a child’s seat is reserved it is the parent’s responsibility to provide all relevant supporting documentation to the school to complete the application process. Kindly refer to the next page for a Documents Checklist.
