Spending time with family and friends, enjoying your time doing things together, talking together, and catching up are all things that help us stay connected. You can even use/find different ways to communicate to make it more fun!
When it comes to learning, there are so many things that you can do. You can take the time to learn something new, research something you are interested in, learn a new word, or even a random fact you didn't know before!
During this time that we are staying home and going through distance learning, there are games and activities that we can do to keep ourselves active. Share with us what you guys come up with!
Giving comes in many forms. It can include doing something nice for a friend, adult, or family member. When you make someone else feel good, it can make you feel good too! The little things such as thanking someone or smiling means a lot as well.
Take the time to reflect and to become aware of your surroundings. You can take notice on thing’s like your favorite food. Sometimes we just eat without really savoring anything but when you can take the time to notice all the flavors and textures, it makes your favorite food all that much better.
